Bel Air Hotel Nuevo Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta

My experience at the resort was quite mixed. The location near the beach is fantastic, and I found a couple of staff members truly stood out. However, the dining options were severely limited, and both food quality and service were disappointing. I had high hopes based on prior visits but left feeling underwhelmed with the overall experience.

The stay was quite disappointing overall. Upon arrival, I found the room to be far from clean and had a strange musty odor, which didn't improve after moving to a supposedly upgraded room. The food options were lacking in quality and variety, and the service left much to be desired, with staff often inattentive. While I appreciated the efforts of some staff members, the overall experience was not what I expected for a resort stay.

I had an amazing experience at this resort! The staff were exceptional, especially Fernando and Javier, who made our stay enjoyable. The pools were great, and the Coco Cafe was a lovely bonus. However, there were some areas that could use improvement, like the limited dining capacity and the need for more loungers around the pool and beach.

This hotel showcases a lovely blend of amenities with a scenic beach view and impressive service. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff's friendliness elevates the stay. While the dining options are quite variable, with some restaurants underwhelming, the buffet stands out. However, the limited seating around the pool can be frustrating.
